Unable to connec to GD4 board

Hi,

I have Alcatel common hardware, with two boards CS-3 and GD-4 its a 9 slot rack
I prepared the cable as per the pin layout as following,
DB9 RJ45
7 1
4 2
3 3
. 4
5 5
2 6
6 7
8 8

I am able to take login to the CS-3 board via this cable and manage it, however when i am trying to connect to GD-4 i am receiving some strange character on putty. Please find the snapshot attached.
Request for help with this problem.

Try changing the Speed to 11520bds

Yes, Thank you! It worked with the 115200 baud rate.
