Manage new OS6360 without serial console cable

Hi engineers, i've to manager for first time a OS6360, but my USB-SERIAL cable, Alcatel converter, and Streight Ethernet cable don't work.
How could i manage that via CLI/HTTP?

A new out-of-the-box switch will wait for configutaion via dhcp options and a tftp server. If there's none of these, you will not be able to configure anything because all services and authentication methods are disabled by default.

A working console cable is much much MUCH easier.
