Incident 2663

Unable to get rid of this fault I am running software R 8.01 g1503.35
I do have a call centre as well as a Accounting.

This then go to High error Ratio

When I use the Commant incinfo GEA 2663 I dont seem to find any explanation where to start looking can anybody please assist or do you have a similar problem

do you have accounting software?your program sent acknowledge to CPU and when doesn't get response it closed the port it repeats every 5 min.
this is my experience I had this problem too and finally find it"accounting software"

It is my idea and maybe not correct.

Thanks to all that assisted me with this problem it was caused by ethernet accounting software.

Whats wrong with the account software? what you do with the software to resolve it
