Call back request

When ever iam hooking on reciever it was saying you have call back request at tamporis 500 analg line phone.
How to cancel or acknowledge this call back request.
can u help me with any shotcut keys.

dial *67 on your phone . call back request will be cancelled and you will not hear this.
