How to Enable RSTP on the Alcatel Switch

Hi
I'm new with Alcatel
I have two links fiber connected to switch Alcatel 6450 (active and redundant) included this links thirteen industrial switch cascaded in this loop.
When I connect a second link fiber to the Alcatel SW (redundant) the network is down.
Please I need to enable RSTP on this switch, please send to me the command line to enable RSTP.
I use this command on the switch but not effect. "bridge 1 protocol rstp"

"bridge 1 protocol rstp" sets rstp for VLAN 1 and nothing else, that's what the "1" is for. If you would like to have the same rules apply to all vlans, you will need to set "bridge mode flat" first, then follow up with "bridge protocol rstp".

I have a default Vlan 1 only on the Alcatel switch and another industrial switches, I enabled the RSTP on the industrial switches,I need to confgure RSTP on the Alcatel switch

Then my instructions stay the same.

Maybe you want to draw a topology. Having everything in VLAN1 is not recommended.
