Hotmenu Login issue...

Hello Dears,

I am facing a problem in hot menu. When i give a command hotmenu, an incidence came instead of opening the hotmenu, (hotmenu can,t find serveur connection ... or too many hotmenu). This is a hotel system and new installation R11.1. Crystal HW with appliance server HP DL320e G8 V2,

Please help.....
