Request for Assistance in Setting Up Extension-to-External Number Routing in Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise R9.1

I am currently managing an Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise R9.1 system and require technical assistance. My objective is to establish a call routing solution that allows me to initiate a call to number 41000, which will subsequently be redirected to an external mobile phone number (923190831). It's worth noting that our Alcatel system is already configured with extension ranges 42XXX and 43XXX.

What is your ISDN Range for 42xxx and 43xxx do you have to translate or do calls come straight into those extns, ?
