Two numbers and same IP/MAC

Can I configure two numbers for the same SIP phone?
Situation: two residents want to share same SIP phone and each of them wants to have different number. Is that possible?

Desk sharing /logon logoff /depends on the set brand, some set can accept up to 6sip accounts.

I was asking whether there's a possibility to add another subscriber with same MAC address and whether there are complications about it.
OMC is warning me "The MAC address is already defined for another subscriber. Do you want to continue?"
The question is about PBX not client's phone.

same hard phone =same mac@, i'm not an expert for oxe but i work little bit on it
mho ,two options
sipset can be configured to handle multiple msidsn #DN in same device
or from oxe point of view use multline or MLA(diffrent DN with different rings) if it can be supported by oxO
