SNMPSET - Interface \ Vlan \ Save Config

Hello, can an Alcatel \ SNMPSET genius please help me with the following?

We have numerous Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OS6450-P48 6.7.2.107.R03 switches located within our organisation.

Here is a scenario that I face on a daily basis. I use Putty. However I want to automate the process.

I want to change the VLAN associated with an interface (lets say 1/5)

I want the new VLAN to be 123

How can this be executed via SNMPSET?

And when the VLAN has been changed, how can I save the switch configuration using SNMPSET?

Please provide me with some working examples. Thank you
