great stuff, especially the installation and commissioning documentation ! Thanks so much . I don't know why Alcatel has to make their documentation so hard to get... Maybe they just don't care about the small business market.

Documentation is for BP as they are the installers and you get them on trainings.
The e-Business Division was sold (almost all of us) when first attempt for Lucent acquisition was frustrated.
As end user you may not need the documentation, as an advanced user maybe and more if you are an advanced admin user. This documentation is ONLY for US, the fact that you can find it here is because we have an arregement with ALU to make all documentation available on BP also available for end users.
BP have a lot more of tools and info that an end user never will need or understand. Therefore Frank decided to open this great forum with all this info.
