8450 OFS system time change?

Hello fellow experts, I am CSE certified in the 8400 suite however I don't know how to change the system time through CLI in the OFS. I know you can do this through the serial console -- then choose "startx", but I am remote with no serial access. Therefore I would love to know the command set in the OFS RHEL 5.6 to do this or better yet, set up an NTP server reference. The OFS release is 6.6.0.16.
