No missed calls from DISA

Hi everybody
I have an OXE R10.1.1 13 f

We just faced an issue with missed calls. we call directly to landline number we can see MWI and missed external call on the IP set

If we try to reach through the DISA with dialing an extension - there is no blinking MWi and no missed external call. Like nobody called


Can somebody clarify does it work like that or is there any fixing steps?
