PC Installer Running Problem

Hi friends,

I am doing PCS upgrade of customer's sites and for this I installed PC Installer in a customer server. The OS is Windows 2008 R2, the installation is ok, but when I run PC Installer I get this message on DOS window

and the PC Installer window doesn't appear. I tried reinstall, execute like admin, disable the second ethernet interface, disable firewall but without success. Seems to be some a Perl problem...

Somebody for help me?

is there another (newer) perl installation on this server?
try to install in another folder (not program files (x86)).

No, there isn't another perl installation. I searched for perl in server but I didn't find.
I tried install in another folder but happens the same.

You possibly right, I am trying install in an unsupported OS.

Late, but here is the solution:

- Activate "Computer Browser Service"

After this activation, PC Installer worked normally.
