AHL interface between oxe R11.0 and smartel viz TCP have some connection issue

Dear All,

AHL interface between oxe R11.0 and smartel viz TCP have some connection issue . Every time we reset oxe through bascul ,the link gets connected but after few hours its gets blocked .

I have attached smartel console screen shot for your reference . Kindly help to sort out the issue .
