Hi,
i have to change the file of a dynamic voice guide but i always get this error-message:
┌─Error:────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ │
│ Press CANCEL to remove this window │
│ │
│ processing Failure │
│ OBJECT -1: File name: Directory or file access denied │
│ │
└───────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
I get this message even if i try to add or delete an assignment or to clear the import directory.
It's a common hardware with an duplicated appliance server.
When i do a switch to the backup cpu and do this operation on this cpu it works...any ideas?
thanks for your help!

Re: Changing Voice Guide File
Hi robert,
If i am not wrong when u create the dynamic VG ofcourse when ur backup cpu as mentioned it was main that time, ur std.by cpu was out of service...so vg files are not stored in ur other cpu...u better to do mastercopy DB in cpu one time where vg is not there and check it out...if u want to make sure go to usr7/vg/ check ur dynamic vg files are there or not in both cpu's locations...
cheers..
