Have it running now but with a 8082 hardphone - not a simulator.
And my first Test-App is running

The Upgrade from 200.01.030.4 to 250.01.008.4 takes 30 minutes... (wow)

Nice! I have an image there but still suffering to make buttons and stuff like that. Would be great to be able to use Android language...I find it more easy to do than Dojo...

/downloads... I installed a linux one yesterday so it is working, also be sure that the VM machine has right network connectivity...more a VirtualBox configuration. Select bridged option and the correct ETH interface from your host computer

Ah of course...you won't see anything if you browse using your PC.
It download first a file containing bin names and then shows you a selection of them so you can choose.
Then you select one of the listed and there it begins to download.
Documentation (again) misses the explanation on how to configure VBox

Well now my simulator is up and running. Maybe you are wondering how come? Well it is not magic just something that I overlooked when setting up the ip address. Actually in Alcatel's wiki is mentioned the following "That's why we advise you to always choose the DHCP mode." Yeah that is key. It tested choosing static ip and DHCP and believe it or not if you do not choose DHCP for sure you will be prompted to enter a valid proxy ip address.

I recently inherit some of the 8082 phones, and I have been looking everywhere, and through all the post of this forum, and wasn't able to find the SDK... do you still have it?
