It is an ALU product to ry to simplify the creation of agents but for large implementations can be a pain in the ass as reduces Genesys flexibility

I have solution for this. I have Turn Off Auto sent DTMF from Trunk then can send dtmf successfully. (10.1.1 j2.60320.i)
