pra problem

I have a problem with my system alcatel omnipcx. 1 week now i see errors that PRA access problem occured. My system is connected with pri. My provider try to change the pri modem before my telephony system is ok for two days but now i start to have again problem and they said me may be my telephony system has the problem. This that they see is the link between my system and pri modem and to come up again they restart on his machine the service. but they also told me that they see the link to go down and to come up they have to reset the service. i try to change cables between his modem and my system but i still have problem. is come up for 1 day and again down. who can help me?
