Hi!

I would like to know what key or combo keys that allows me to hang a remote Ip phone in a telnet session.

When I make a call from a remote Ip phone in a telnet session to a extension I don't know how to hang it and
I have to wait until it finish call by non-response.

Thanks,

Hi,

It's easy, when you are in a Ip phone with a telnet session make this:
e.g., you want to call to 22345 extension (you can make externals calls, if you want).

NeoPhone>Key 2 -> enter
NeoPhone>Key 2 -> enter
NeoPhone>Key 3 -> enter
NeoPhone>Key 4 -> enter
NeoPhone>Key 5 -> enter

The call is realised. It's very useful for check remote terminals.

You can use xmon command from CS command prompt also.
(xmon neqtnb 0 0 --> off hook; 2 0 on hook; 3 1 --> dials digit 1; 10 = 0 11 =* 12=#)

never used this both before.
i prefer pilot2a (but therefore csta license is needed). with this you can press any key remotely.
it is well documented in csta v2.7.1 support and maintenance documentation.
