Hello everyone,
I'm new on the Alcatel subjects, so, I am sorry if it is a dumb question.
I'm trying to configure Forward for a user, but i can't find where this configuration is and when i try to to the Forward on his phone, show me an error "Forward Rejected".
The program that i'm using is OMC 820 17.1a, OmniPCX Office Management Console.
Could you help with that?
Thanks!

Re: How to configure forward?
For forward - you need just dial forward prefix and forward destination.
If forward destination external - check - user/details/features - item external diversion.

Re: How to configure forward?
how can I disable forward from external call when busy?
If user A is busy, and user B is trying to call him, then he gets a busy tone, but if someone is trying to call user A from his cellphone, he is redirected to another internal user C. I tried from dynamic state user, but no forward on busy is selected..

Re: How to configure forward?
For external calls - check Public Network (Access COS) for user A - overflow on total busy.
Overflow destination - check Entity CDT.
Overflow destination - check Entity CDT.

OMC -> External Lines -> Incomming Call Handling -> Public Line

Re: How to configure forward?
for forward external call you need to change CONNECTION COS and TEL FACILITY ID in user(directory) settings, then on set by using prefix number push your external mobile number
