i have an oxo R10.3 ,
I configured incoming calls according to a DID schedule, but the client wants to assign outgoing calls from the director(203) to a an external DID number(70258820).

the external TRunkSip numbers range from 70258810 to 70258829
Internal numbers range from 200 to 250
the director's internal number is 203 and the external number is 70258920

when I call the number 70258920 from the outside, the call ended directly on the director but when the director wants to make an external call he goes out on line 70258810 (trunkSip group head)

Hi

Configure "Alternative Clip/Colp Number" on ext 203 as 70258920. When 203 calls, the INVITE that is sent to SIP server will be sent with this number.

i have already done it ,but it does'nt work
