No "Music on Hold" if Voice Guide is deactivated?

Hi,

i've deactivated the voice guide on my DECT-Phone 8242 with the shortcut *44.
After that, I can't hear any Music-on-Hold sounds. Is there a config value which enabled MOH without VG?

It's an Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise running R12.3
