OT Backup Error

Hello,

When trying to run a backup, I get the following:

[root@ot otuser]# otbr.sh backup host

Can anyone help me interpret this or give me advice on how to proceed?

not sure, but seems related to the login permissions.
Try to login as otuser and then do:
su - root
then try again the backup

[oldboy]

Is the OT virtual or Physical?
