over temp alarm

dear sirs
good day
kindly help me i have sas-t 7210 over temp alarm , amer alarm as the following below

my questions
1- is that effect on service
2- how can i know when this problem happen
3- what is the risk anlaysis for using this router
4- have to change this router
5- is this router work with 100 % or less than
6- how can i know how many fans command please
7- how can i know is fans work or not

78C is too hot. If it's under warranty, get a new one. If not, wait until it crashes..

how can know this router is working with performance 100% or less than

What about environment. HVAC working? temperature in telecom room - not 35 degrees? In cabinet - you have ventilation...

no it was 22 degree
is that mean there is an issue with this router shall be change ?
how can i make sure this router has a problem may be impact on his routing function ?
how can i trace this issue in the future
