OmniAcess 5710 ESR incoming call fail

Dear All,

we use Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise and will be integrated with SIP Public Telco using an OmniAccess 5710 modem. Outgoing calls can, but not for Incoming. Incoming call conditions cannot enter DDI Transkator. Is there any missing config on the ESR 5710 modem side?

Please help me for this case.
