Double Main issue

Hello I'm facing a weird problem recently, I have two OXE R10.1.1 with duplication enabled, recently it just stopped working... then I used tcpdump on both of them and noticed that keepalives are being sent but both ends doesn't receive. Then I changed the com server B IP(using same network, just different IP) and reconfigured the redundancy and it just got back to normal, but a few days later the same problem came back, Can this be a problem with oxe? Besides keepalives not arriving, icmp and ssh just passes with no problem

If with tcpdump you can see that the keepalive is sent and that keepalive is not received on the destination, than it is a network issue.
