Timed out: 4760 server could not verify license corresponding to the declaration node; too much time has elapsed.

hi guys. I have one problem.
Timed out: 4760 server could not verify license corresponding to the declaration node; too much time has elapsed.
How can I solve this problem ?
Who knows possible solution.
And now, I am using two server. One of them work properly.
Pls. If someone knows about them just share with me

So on the network you using 2 servers with the same Licences?
"Be aware ask a stupid question without at least trying to find the answer first you may get a stupid answer....."
