External Tickets arent generate by Pabx

i use alcatel 4400, i have been setup the Accounting Application,now the accounting application showing Internal Calls , LocalLocalCall type ,
In

eaccclt -cpu Ip

the ticket about the External and Incoming from External call are not distinguish.
Mgr/Application / Accounting / is

Code: Select all

 Internal Accounting + YES                                   
                            Tracking + NO                                    
                    Financial Report + NO                                    
                 CDR Tickets Storage + NO                                    
       Files for External Accounting + YES                                   
            Real Time Tickets Output + Ethernet 

and all filter has been add , is any Lock want to buy for external outgoing and external incoming calls ?or any setting ?

Filter - 0 Units calls - added (I think you have no metering pulse from PSTN and accounting duration not managed)?
