Exeternal phone calls - cannot hear each other

i have a problem with alcatel-lucent deskphone 8038, i can't hear the external call but the caller can hear me and the internal call is working with no problem (we can hear each other).

Are there any way to fix that problem ?

RTP routing problem - NAT, security policy etc. Or codecs problem.

i forget to say is that problem is only in one IP Phone (8038) and i have in my organization 14 IP Phone (12 Deskphone 8018 / 1 Deskphone 8038 / 1 Deskphone 3028) all this IP Phones works good.

and i just added this new IP Phone (8038).

the feuters tab i try all this codecs (G711/G722/G729.a) and the problem not fix yet.

So, if you connect a ip phone with no issue, on the plug where you are connecting the new ip set, does it still works fine, or do you have same issue

yes its work fine and i change the plug of new ip phone and its still same issue i can't hear the external calls and the caller can hear me
