Port rising above receive threshold

Hi,
I see in my OS-9900 (8.8.56.R02) logs the folloing paired (its always those two lines per port)

CMM Port x/x/xx rising above receive threshold
CMM Port x/x/xx falling below receive threshold .

I see the message for copper and for sfp ports.

What is the reason for this issue and what can I do to "heal" this issue?
Is there any documentation where I can find all the possible log lines and their technical background?
