OmniPCX 4400 spar parts

I'm trying to buy replacement part for Omnipcx 4400 Z24 3BA53065AFbA
But I'm finding different parts with same description except that the last 4 letters are different ; I need assistance to clarify me if those letters makes a difference or it is OK to use any of them as long as the Z24 3BA53065 it has this part description in it ...
