mao off ou verrouillage AFE

Hello
sorry for my English, I only speak French, so I have an oxe 4400 under R10 and when I wanted to consult a user in mgr, I received this message ""Error: OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: MAO suspended: mao off or AFE locked"".
I think it's due to a license, but which one? and how can I fix it?

is tel running ? is any back up process runnin?Have any new message displayed in digital set or an warning incident concerning a panic flag in the console ?
Try this command mao on to activate mao
to check panic flags
type spadmin and chose 1 or 2
