OmniPCX Large sd card dead

Hi at all member of the forum i have a problem with this Alcatel omnipcx, this item Is dead the SD card and don't start. Please have the software for sd card? I add the model and release of software
Soft rel R200/32.13
The code on sdcard Is 3EH73084AKJDPMZZA rev.06
