Hi experts,
got a strange issue now. the cpu works and boots very rarely but most of the times it will hand at
check lock RTC
unlock RTC forced
IO2 absent
it floppy received
FDTest= 660740
value of DIL switch forced CPU7 2 << this point. regardless i switch on maually or just shut down the shefl it hangs here. some times when it does boot properly, and i log in and give the reboot command it halts and never reboots by it self. needs to off the switch and on again.
i have 3 cpus with same isue. have changed the rams. and by the way this issue come even with or with out the hard disk. im 100% sure its not the hard disk and the ram..

issue with IO2 , have you io2 with your cpu
check the autostart
try to start tel appli it without io2

Thanks for the reply. The issue happens even with out the hard disk. The issue arises befor the bios boot set up. so it has nothing to do with MAO / AUTOSTART or any other. this happens at the early stages of the booting process of the CPU.
