Hello,
The power supply on my OS6360-P48 failed last week (without warranty).
Have you experienced this before? Was it a fuse problem? Where can I find a replacement power supply?

Never had any issues with PSUs on ALE equipment, cant be of much help here, sorry.
But depending on your electrical skills, since it's out of warranty you can open the switch and test the fuse with a multimeter.

I recomment not to open the switch. In my knowledge all switches from ALE have livetime warranty for the hardware (up to 5y after EOS). So you can do a replacement of the switch (RTF = retourn to factory) for free. You have to ask your deliverer or ALE partner for the necessary documents. If you sent the switch to alcatel unmount all unmountable things (SFP, rack mount, cable) and do not sent them to ALE. You will get back only a new chassis.
