OS6900-X72 wont upgrade to 8.10

I got a OS6900-X72 and we trying to upgrade to the latest 8.10.93 R03 and it didnt upgrade it. Still sitting on 8.9.94 R04.
Only thing Im noticing that seems off is the original image file was named Tos.img in running, and the firmware upgrade download for 8.10.93 R03 shows its called Yos.img. This seems off to me, shouldnt it be the same name?
I cant seem to find anything specific on the X72 model about it not being supported, but I dont see that model listed anymore either in notes.
Support just closed my ticket without answering it cause we dont have an active contract on this switch even though we have 100s of Alcatel switches across the globe and others have a valid contract.
