4400 R-8.0 (Accounting)

Hi, I am having a problem with the 4400 R-8.0 system. How do I get all the records after installation of 4760.
It only starts from the day you installed yet you can see the records in the pbx. It has happenend to me now 2 times. In the lower releases i never encountered this problem.
Please help. BRO.

in Omnivista check SYSTEM DIRECTORY / <server-name> / servers / SyncLdapPbx select the "specific" TAB.
check item "days of records retrieved during first synchronisation" .... its default set to 2.

A new manual sync should also work (I think....it then is the second sync.... so should get everything...)

yes But
days of records retrieved during first synchronisation is by default 2
but then also i cant retrive last year records.

retrieve? From what resource?
In PBX max number day of storage - 99.
Or you say about ticket archive on 4760 server?

i m retriving from PBX only
if day of storage - 99 in alcatel PBX of rel 9.0 then how can i take reports from last year.
can i change this limit by installing patch or is there any other method.

Impossible. From PBX you can retrieve only existing TAX files (check with "accview -tf" from what date).
If you install 4760 first time - you can retrive only tickets exist in PBX.
If you install 4760 for upgrade/repair - if exist 4760 backup (or tickets arcrhive) - you can retrieve info.
