Can any one help me how to disable the voice guide playing on the sets when we go on-hook, that have been forwarded (on busy or no answer)...

???

When you go "ON HOOK" you are putting the handset down - so how can you hear anything when you put the phone down.

Surely you mean when you go "OFF HOOK"??? If so, try changing the VG listening class for the user

You can use a prefix to disable ALL voiceguides for a set.
Translator - prefixplan -> prefix = set features - Voiceguide Listening

Or you may find the guide and delete it. And nobody will hear these guide again, of course (it´s a little bit radical).

You can also replace the voice guide by a tone using the oxe cmd vgtonrepl.

You can manage item "Listening class" for this VG (f.e. class 6 forbiden).
You can manage in user parameters "VG Listening class=6".
Dial from this set "VG listening prefix" two times (1-st - go from default class 7 to 0, 2-nd - go from 0 class to class decleared in user parameters).
