This table makes it possible to manage the main parameters of accounting
FILE COMPRESSION

Put this attribute on YES to use the External Accounting Application.
Real Time Tickets Output
YES: accounting tickets are printed as calls are made, via V24 or Ethernet
Company Billing Rating
The Billing Rating allows to adjust the price of a call unit by step, in function of number of pulses used by the hotel user (hotel, hospital, etc...).
Unit Price
Price of the base unit for normal accounting.
VAT (In %)
VAT: if this tax is managed (e.g.: 20.6%), the VAT total amount is printed on the hotel/hospital invoice.
Nb Of Digits In Decimal Part
In the price, number of digits after the point.
Currency
Symbol for invoicing currency
Common Storage Parameters
The following parameters are used for storage of statements.
Tickets lost before alarm (by 100)
Number of tickets lost (disk saturation) which causes an incident.
Unit is hundred.
PIN (Personal Ident.No.)
This attribute can be used to indicate the PIN number on the tickets.
By default it is masked to ensure confidentiality.Reminder:
PIN stands for Personal Id. No. This facility shows the user that he makes a personal call (external), not a business call.
Using the accounting tickets, the company will be able to invoice this call as a personal call (known by the directory number).
Nb of Last Masked Called Digits
Number of digits masked on the telephone number transmitted from the last position of dialling format (see also the Dialling format attribute).Example
With an 8 digit dialling format (standard in the French public network in 1995)
And a last digit masking on 5 digits:
- A standard dialling corresponding to the dialling format of 8 digits will have its last 5 digits masked.
- A dialling which is longer than the dialling format of 8 digits will have its last 5 digits masked.
- A dialling which is shorter than the standard 8 digits will have its last 5 positions of the dialling format masked: because all the positions are not used, only the digits in the masking area will be masked.
Example
With an 8 digit dialling format (standard in the French public network in 1995)
And a last digit masking on 5 digits:
- A standard dialling corresponding to the dialling format of 8 digits will have its last 5 digits masked.
