INPUT CONFIGURATION
This table allows for the conversion of characters arriving from the terminals (see input attribute in DATA TERMINAL ) to the SYSTEM.
By default, table No. 0 is used
Input Config.Id
16 configurations can be managed; they are created by default with the same parameter values.
Entry configuration No. 0 is that of reference; it cannot be changed. It is the configuration at initialization.
Used
YES: used by at least one station.
Break Key
The break command is interpreted by the system depending on the following choices:
- Ignored: Ignored by the system,
- Disconnect: sending disconnected to the system (see disc detection and last character of disc escape sequence attributes),
- Hold: sending hold to the system (see hold detection attribute),
- Transparent: the break command is sent but is not interpreted by the system.
Hold Detection
Not used
In HAYES: the hold detection provokes the changeover from connected mode to command mode.
YES: sending hold by a terminal is detected by the system.
Disc. Detection
YES: sending the disconnection sequence (see break key and last character of disc escape sequence attributes) is detected by the system.
Sequence Length
This section defines the number of disconnection characters (see disc detection attribute); this number may be 1, 2, or 3:
1: only the last disconnection character is used,
2: the sequence < character 2 and last disconnection character > is used,
3: the sequence < character 1, character 2 and last disconnection character> is used.
If the Disc detection attribute and the Hold detection attribute are false, the Escape sequence length attribute must be =0
N-2 char.
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except for characters 10,13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
This character is the first of the disconnection sequence. It is not used if the length of the sequence is less than 3 (see above).
N-1 char.
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except for characters 10,13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
This character is the second of the disconnection sequence. It is not used if the length of the disconnection sequence is less than 2.
Disconnection char.
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except for characters 10,13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
This character is the main disconnection character (used in every case). It is this character alone if the length of the sequence is 1; it is the last character if the length of the sequence is 2 or 3.
This character is the last of the disconnection sequence.
This attribute has no meaning if the disc detection attribute is false.
Hold character
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except for characters 10,13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
This character is the last of the hold disconnection sequence.
This attribute has no meaning if the hold detection attribute is false.
Wake Up character
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except for characters 10, 13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
If any character is a wake up character the Wake up character attribute is ""
Line Delete Char.
The attribute is an ASCII code.
All ASCII characters are admitted except characters 10, 13, 26, 33, 40, 41 (decimal).
If the line delete character is not available the Line delete character attribute is ""
Inactivity Timeout
Time at the end of which the system disconnects the link in the case of inactivity.
The minimum time is 30 seconds and the maximum time is 255 x 30s seconds.
(0 = infinite, the call is not released because of idleness)
The adjustment is made by number of units of 30 ms.
Back Space Echo
This section configures the BS echo (BackSpace).
NO: <Backspace> <Space> <Backspace>
YES: < / > <last character received deleted> < / >
Delete Echo
This section configures the Delete echo.
NO: <Backspace> <Space> <Backspace>
YES: < / > <last character received deleted> < / >
