DISA Temporary Locking
YES: validates the DISA temporary Locking function
The external DISA user is entitled to 3 attempts for the DISA password and 3 attempts for the set password; After these 3 attempts, DISA access is locked for the entire site (at the node corresponding to the DISA access). DISA access is locked for a period defined by the timers 257 and 258, and the DISA calls are connected to a dissuasion guide. After this period, unlocking occurs automatically.
Manual unlocking is possible by prefix from an entitled set (site administrator).
Restriction:
Automatic D.I.S.A substitution and secured D.I.S.A take priority over temporary locking. For operation with temporary locking only, these 2 functions must therefore be deactivated.
Automatic DISA Substitution
An external caller arriving in DISA, must substitute himself manually by dialling:
- the substitution prefix,
- the directory number of his set,
- the set`s secret code.
This attribute enables identifiable external callers (set-up of ISDN/GSM call) to be automatically substituted at their set.
This feature is useful for PCX users calling the same external ISDN number often, or users of GSM sets (if the attendant offers the service 'transmission of an identifiable number'.
YES: external users making a DISA call are automatically substituted on their internal sets if these sets have been declared in the table of abbreviated numbers with their external DISA numbers (see ABBREVIATED NUMBERS and DIRECT ABBREVIATED NUMBER PREFIXES - attribute: external directory DISA number).
NO: all DISA callers must carry out manual substitution on their sets.
Display Substituted Subscriber ID
On external DISA call with substitution on set A and calling a set B:
YES: the identify of set A is displayed on set B.
NO: the identity of the external calling party is displayed on set B.
Automatic DISA Substitution Mode
This attribute is used if Automatic DISA Substitution is set to YES.
Choice via a menu:
- With NDS (DDI) or NDI (installation number)
The automatic substitution is done on the DID number or on the installation number (transmitted by the public carrier)
- With NDS valid or NDI
The automatic substitution is done on the valid DID number or on the installation number (transmitted by the public carrier)
- With NDS (DDI) not controlled
The automatic substitution is done on the valid or invalid DID number
- With NDS (DDI)
The automatic substitution is done on the installation number (transmitted by the public carrier)
NOTE :
NDI (installation number) = installation designation number provided by the public network
NDS (DDI) =
- i.e. installation number + user DID number
- i.e. installation number + additional installation number if the user is not a DID user.
Installation number and additional installation number are managed in ENTITY.
Delete First STAR Digit
In some cases, the star emitted as first character by DISA calls can be a nuisance.
YES: the star is not taken into account.
