DATA APPLICATION
This table makes it possible to configure the DATA application installed in the system's hard disk:

• declaration of the application: name and directory number,
• assignation to a DATA connection COS,
• characteristics: execution command, optional parameters.

Directory No.
The call number of the DATA application contains from 1 to 8 digits or characters (0 to 9, *, #, possibly A to D characters).

Directory Name
The name of the DATA application can consist of up to 50 alphanumerical characters.
It appears on stations' displays.

Connection Category ID
Each DATA connection COS (0 to 31) authorizes or forbids the links between terminals (in this case, between terminals and this application).

Executable
It refers to the name of the file which starts the application (50 characters maximum).

Parameters
The parameter corresponds to the extensions following the execution command (a maximum of 30 characters).
If the application does not need parameters or you do not want to use them, let this area empty.
