CUG LISTS
A list contains all the CUG values that the user, who references this list, can use. A CUG can be used either indicating its absolute value, or specifying its index in this list.
CUG List Number
This attribute defines the number of the CUG list assigned to the user.
The lists of numbers between 2000 and 2199 are reserved for DECT roaming.

Automatic reordering
This attribute is used to specify whether the order of the CUGs defined in the request should be retained or automatically recalculated.
NO: the order defined in the request is retained.
YES: the order is recalculated according to the following rules:
- CUG already present in the list: old position retained,
- new CUG placed in an unused position: assigned to the requested position,
- new CUG placed in an occupied position: assigned to a free position.
