PRE-OFF-HOOK GUIDE
This table is used to give the appropriate leaves to the external caller for the presentation guides and DID solicitation guide:

• The presentation guide presents the company or department accessed by the caller.
• The DID solicitation guide is presented to the external caller only on attendant call and is meant to reduce the number of calls by informing the caller that he can call his correspondent using the DID number.

For each of the guides 1 and 2, allocate one leaf 1 to 64 (see LEAVES).
This guide may be presented to the caller in line with his COS and that of the CALLED PARTY.

DDI incitation guide 1

This guide may be presented to the caller in line with his COS and that of the CALLED PARTY.

Send to Free Attendant
This section applies to the external caller calling the company (attendant).
YES: if the attendant is free and does not answer, the presentation guide may be sent to the external caller if he is authorized.
Inhibited: if the attendant is free and does not answer, the DID solicitation guide will be sent to the external caller without going via the presentation guide.

Send to Busy Attendant
This section applies to the external caller calling the company (attendant).
YES: if the attendant is busy, the presentation guide will be sent to the external caller if he is authorized.
Inhibited: if the attendant is busy, the DID solicitation guide may be sent to the external caller without going via the presentation guide.
