MLA PARAMETERS
The A-MLA (Alcatel-Lucent Multi-line Appearance) service facilitates the transfer of callers between people working in immediate proximity to each other.
In an MLA hunting group, a call is presented on the same key for all sets. This means that any set can pick up the call, and all the other sets can see that this line is busy. When a call is put on hold, any of the sets can pick up the call again.
Note: this mode of operation is limited to 100 sets per group.
