Profile

Set Physical Type

The profile number is identified by the directory number.

The profile is identified by the directory number of the set used as a profile.
Filling in Profile Directory Number allows the type of set that corresponds to this profile to be seen, and in the case of the key Profile, the type of sets and key Role ((Without/Company/Hotel/Hotel client/Agent/Pro-ACD Station/Supervisor).

The creation of profiles is directly performed from the USERS object (see the 3 attributes: Set Function, Profile Name, Key Profile).
