CALL RESTRICTION SERVICE
This service is used to restrict or prohibit calls from within a base to the exterior. It also applies to transit calls.
The alarm level applicable to an outgoing call corresponds to the maximum level between the call restriction COS of the calling Subscriber (User) and that of the external called trunk. If this calculated alarm level is lower than the base value, the call is refused.

Instance (reserved)
nature
The nature of the call restriction defines the call restriction service feature:
- Disabled: no call restriction.
- Minimize: call restriction for call set up only.
- TIR: call restriction for call set up and call disconnection if the value is increased.
For more details see Call Restriction Service.
Activation date
posture
The call restriction value defines the global alarm level of the base.
The value can be modified by the manager (0 min. - 10 max.) but also by users or attendants (see parameters in restriction COS applicable to subscription).
In the TIR context, changing the value cuts off any current calls whose applicable alarm level falls below the new alarm level of the base.
For more details see Call Restriction Service.
