NETWORK ROUTING TABLE
This table enables the modification of the origin and destination numbers in order to adapt to remote network constraints.
These dialing modifications apply for numbers contained in the El remote caller and remote called party and in the requirements of service ABC-F or QSIG-F.
Network Number
This number identifies the remote network for which the dialing must be adapted.
NOTE :
- When transmitting, information is given on the remote network No. by the routing prefix or the ARS table (attribute: No. of adjacent network).
- When receiving, in cases where the remote network cannot transmit its network No., one is informed by the corresponding trunks (attribute: No. of adjacent network).
Rank of First Digit to be Sent
This attribute applies to the number of the outgoing call towards the remote network.
It enables the first digits to be deleted by indicating the figure (rank) from which the directory number should be transmitted.
Incoming identification prefix
This attribute applies to the number of the incoming call arriving from the remote network.
This is the number to be added in front of this number in order to adapt to local dialing.
Protocol Type
This attribute gives information on the protocol used with the remote network.
- ABC-F
- QSIG-GF
- Depending on the type of trunk.
- ....
Numbering Plan Descriptor ID
Dialing plan description No. to be allocated to this routing table. It takes priority over that of the trunk group.
The NUMBERING PLAN DESCRIPTION (see TRANSLATOR) is used to translate the numbers received (Incoming calls) and build the called numbers (Outgoing call).
ARS Route list
This field contains the ARS route list No. (which contains one or more ARS route - see ARS ROUTE LIST).
Schedule number
For a given destination the translator supplies a route list number and a schedule number. The schedule is used to determine the route according to the type of day of the week and time period (see ARS, SCHEDULE NUMBER).
ATM Address ID
Index of the ATM address table used. (see ATM ADDRESSES LIST).
Network call prefix
Network call prefix
Town Name
Send Town Name
This service is used to display the city/town name (or of the subnetwork) of the calling/called user instead of the name of the user for calls between two networks via an ABC trunk group.
For example, for a call from a user in network 1 to a user in network 2, the routing in network 1 would be as indicated below.
To send the name of the calling user's city/town name:
- the calling network city/town name must be defined (City/Town Name = "NETWORK _1" in the routing table for network 1),
- transmission of the city/town name to the called network must be enabled (Send City/Town Name = YES in the routing table for network 1).
To display the called user's city/town name:
- the called network city/town name must be defined (City/Town Name = "NETWORK _2" in the routing table for network 2).
Associated SIP gateway
Number of the external gateway contacted using the network routing prefix (see SIP objects).
-1: no remote SIP gateway
CMN available on QSIG-GF
YES: the "Common Information Additional Network" Feature is available on the QSIG-GF link.
NO: this feature is not available.
Unable_UTF8
True : The names are emitted to remote network in ASCII and in UTF8.
False : The names are emitted only in ASCII to remote network.
