SIGNALLING LINK
SIGNALING LINK is used to manage a connection table of signaling TSs.
The No. 7 connections are not dynamic.
On power up, the system consults a table (tab_map_pra_mute) to set up the various connections between the PRA2 (mute) and PRA7 boards.
(The PRA2 and PRA7 boards operate together: the PRA7 board provides connection to the SS7 public network on one or several TSs, and the PRA2 board provides connection to the signaling converter)

These attributes are used to link up the TS of the PRA2 board interface (mute) with the TS of a PRA7 interface.
