Error type
In case of failure in the completion of the various operations (assign, select, download), it is possible to consult the reasons for this failure, using the following menu:

• More than one current file: In the list of files for a voice guide, there are several files with the "File status" parameter on "selected". Solution: Run the "Erase incorrect files from the database" action, which will de-select the files in this list without erasing them.
• Can't read file: a voice guide file cannot be read. Solution: Check the file read rights in /DHS3ext/vg/pc if the phase parameter is "Importing new files" or in /DHS3ext/vg/dhs in the other cases. The "mtcl" user must be able to read these files.
• Invalid file content: a voice guide has an incorrect content. Solution: To erase the invalid files, run the "Erase files in the transfer directory" action of the phase is "Importing new files" or else action "Erase incorrect files in the database" for the other phases.
• Not enough memory in non-volatile: memory resource problem. Note the error on a fault sheet and include the context.
• GPA coupler VG data unavailable: the GPA coupler is in initialisation phase, has not started correctly or the DSP Voice Guide program is not declared on this coupler. Action: renew the operation later. If the problem continues, check the status of the coupler in question.
• No RAMcard: the GPA coupler has no RAMcard. Action: renew the operation after inserting a RAMcard (not write protected) in the GPA coupler in question.
• Write protected RAMcard: the GPA coupler contains a RAMcard that is write protected. Action: renew the operation after removing the RAMcard write protection. (This is done by setting the microswitch on the edge to the position "opposite WRITE PROTECT").
• Not enough memory in RAMcard: no enough room on the RAMcard(s) on this GPA coupler to download the voice guide. Action: Operation impossible unless the size of the RAMcards can be increased or unless unused voice guides stored on the RAMcard can be erased.
• VG recording by UA set in progress: file selection by a set or MAO impossible during the recording of a message on one of the couplers to which this file is assigned.
